Microbiome Friendly Cooking from Ballymaloe’s Darina Allen & APC’s John Leech

A special online cookery demonstration presented by celebrated Irish chef Darina Allen in conversation with John Leech, an APC Microbiome Ireland SFI Research Centre, a PhD student who is based in Teagasc Food Research and research officer with MASTER.

This recorded cookery lesson features recipes for Chicken broth, Yoghourt, Granola, Shakshuka Eggs, Porridge, Fermented Cabbage,
Miso Mackerel, Water Kefir and Kefir Cream.
